Routine Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments last for ten minutes. Each ten minute appointment is for one person only, and one medical problem. Patients can also book appointments in advance. You can book an appointment with a GP, Nurse or HCA of your choice, however please be aware you might have to wait slightly longer for an appointment.

We have commenced the Online Triage system. You can get access to medical advice without having to pick up the phone or even come in to the practice.

You can avoid long waiting times on the telephone and beat the queues at the front desk.

Getting Started is Easy!

Simply click on the blue button below:

In the search bar, type the symptoms or query that you have and the page will open with a list of common ailments in alphabetical order. Click on the one that most closely matches your symptoms. This will produce a series of choices and forms. Click on the relevant one and submit it.

You will be contacted within 48 Hours (working days) about your symptom or query.

The Doctor will read the submitted form and deal with it within 48 Hours (2 working days).

The Doctor will attempt to call you twice from a number which may show as WITHHELD. If there is no response then the case will be closed. You will need to resubmit a new form.

Same Day Urgent Appointments

The Practice Has Taken On Board Comments From Our Patients And As A Result We Are Going To Implement Some Changes To Our Daily Appointment System  From Monday 5th November 2018.

If you present at the surgery for an urgent appointment, you will be placed onto a doctor triage list for a telephone call back later that morning.

A member of our reception team will need to ask you for a brief outline of your problem and will take your telephone details so a doctor can call you back as soon as possible.
